Jessica’s passion for functional nutrition stems from a lifelong interest in natural health and was deepened by her own healing journey. After years of being the go-to nutrition resource for friends and family, she turned that passion into a profession focused on helping others restore balance and vitality.
Her approach is comprehensive and highly individualized. Jessica integrates functional lab testing, micronutrient analysis, and detailed nutritional assessments with targeted strategies that address diet, lifestyle, and supplementation – always tailoring her recommendations to support each person’s unique physiology and goals.
She believes wellness is not one-size-fits-all and that even the smallest symptom is worth exploring. Her mission is to walk alongside her clients with support, education, and practical tools that help them take ownership of their health and thrive at every stage of life.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, experimenting with nourishing recipes, and relaxing with a good book.
