Andrew’s passion for nutrition and dietetics ignited during his adolescent years while experimenting with his own nutrition. He discovered the profound impact appropriate nutrition had on his overall well-being and athletic performance, which fueled his desire to learn more. Driven by a commitment to help others achieve their version of success, Andrew has positively impacted countless lives.
Approaching each client with a research-based mindset, Andrew balances scientific rigor with laughter, compassion, accountability, and relatability. With his background in dietetic research, Andrew continually seeks to incorporate the latest findings into his practice. One of his favorite activities is ‘Nutrition Myth Busting,’ where he helps clients discern fact from fiction in today’s nutritional claims.
Outside of his professional role, you can find Andrew enjoying the great outdoors or scouting for the best food stands. His Midwestern roots have instilled a love for hiking, canoeing, camping, and exploration. Proudly wearing the badge of a self-proclaimed foodie, Andrew believes, “Good food was made to be enjoyed, not avoided.” He loves trying new foods, especially those recommended by his clients, and believes there is a place for all foods in a healthy lifestyle. It’s not about dieting but making sustainable lifestyle adjustments.
Andrew fosters a supportive, safe, and judgment-free zone in every client interaction. His conversation-based approach helps clients identify their own solutions, rooted in their desires, while he acts as a guardrail to keep them on track towards their next destination.
